“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12 is going to be a new beginning for a lot of the characters apart from Meredith Grey. One of those characters is going to be Dr. Owen Hunt.
‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 12 Spoilers: Owen Gets A New Roommate
According to the Inquisitr, Owen has had a rough time, especially in his love life. The former chief of surgery has broken an engagement to his girlfriend while in the army, married Dr. Crisitina Yang, which ended badly, and later dated Amelia Shepherd, which ended in Season 11.
Now “Grey’s Anatomy” fans will get to see Owen move in with someone new during Season 12, but who? Reports claim that it isn’t likely Dr. Hunt will have a new love interest just yet as he still has feelings for Amelia, but he will get a new roommate.
There are a few possibilities when it comes to Owen’s new living situation. Owen could end up living with April Kepner, or her estranged husband Jackson Avery. While Owen is April’s mentor, it is more likely that he’d want to live with another guy and Jackson is the obvious choice. Jackson and Owen can vent about the women in their lives, and Owen could use a new BFF since Derek’s death.
Meredith Gets New Roommates As Well
However, there is another interesting possible choice, Callie Torres. Owen and Callie would make for amusing roommates, and Callie has lived with a man in the past, her best friend and father of her daughter, the late Dr. Mark Sloan. It would be fun to see Callie and Owen develop a deeper friendship, and since Callie is bisexual she and Owen could also dish about their woman troubles together.
Meanwhile, Meredith will also be getting new roommates as her sister-in-law Amelia and half-sister Maggie will move with her and help her raise her three children, Zola, Bailey, and Ellis.
