“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12 is already coming up on it’s third episode and it’s shaping up to be a big one. The new promo for Thursday’s show reveals that Jo may be pregnant with Alex’s baby, and that April will stop at nothing to win her husband Jackson back.

According to the Inquisitr, Jo is seen telling her friend Stephanie that she has a big secret she hasn’t told Alex, and that she just found out about it that morning. Later, she asks Alex if he likes children.
Obviously Alex loves kids. He has dedicated his life to saving the lives of his young patients. However, he’s also a busy doctor who didn’t plan on having a child at the moment so his reaction could be mixed.

Meanwhile, Alex and Jo both know what it is like to have bad parents. The couple each have experiences with being in the foster care system and working their way up to finally become doctors. So, if they are having a baby they would likely want to be amazing parents and give their child the life that they never got to have.
While all of this is going on, April, who is recently back in town and out of quarantine, has vowed to get her husband Jackson back, but he won’t be so easily won over. In the promo Jackson is seen telling April he’s going to change the locks on their apartment door so that she can’t return. Will she ever be able to win Jackson back so that we can see some great love scenes between the two again? We certainly hope so. After all they’ve been through they deserve to be happy again!
