Hawks Look To Fight Back In Game 4 Of Eastern Conference Finals

Trae Young takes a shot during an Atlanta Hawks game.

Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals is scheduled for Tuesday night and it’s shaping up to be a good one. Milwaukee has bounced back well from the shocking Game 1 loss and has currently won two games in a row to give themselves a 2 to 1 series lead over Atlanta. The Hawks certainly put up a much better fight in Game 3 rather than Game 2 where they lost 125 to 91.

The key for the Bucks to keep this win streak alive and take a commanding 3 to 1 series lead is Khris Middleton. In Game 3, Middleton scored 38 points and had 20 of the Bucks 30 points in the fourth quarter.

Hawks fans are still hopeful

However, the biggest news of the day is that Hawks star point guard Trae Young is listed as doubtful as he has a bone bruise on his foot. With Young likely out for at least tonight’s game this is an opportunity for the Bucks to pounce.

Trae Young questionable for Game 5

If the Bucks happen to lose this game and the Hawks tie the series the team could be looking to get Trae Young back for Game 5. Atlanta will have plenty of momentum, which they could ride to a 2021 NBA Finals appearance. But if Trae Young Does not play, Atlanta’s NBA Finals dreams might be dashed.

“But at 3-1 down, and needing to beat Milwaukee in three straight games, the chances begin to look slim. It’s make or break time for Atlanta,” according to Basketball Insiders. If the Hawks want any hopes of winning tonight they will have to play the best defense of their lives in order to stop Khris Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo who combined for 71 points in Game 3.

This is a must-win game for both Milwaukee and Atlanta and it should be a very interesting game as well. Antetokounmpo is looking to give his fans what they have wanted for so long now in an NBA championship.

Meanwhile, Hawks fans have been thrilled to advance deep into the playoffs. Either way, it will be exciting to see who will come out on top on Tuesday.. Game 4 will be a battle and a must-watch for any NBA fan to see who will win and take the momentum in this year’s Eastern Conference Finals.
