Heather Locklear was arrested on Sunday night on domestic violence charges at her Thousand Oaks, California home. But that is not the worst of it. Police officers were dispatched to Locklear’s home on February 15 following a 911 call placed by the “Dynasty” star’s brother. Reports reveal that Lockwood’s brother arrived at her home to find her and boyfriend Chris Heisser in a physical altercation.
Heather Locklear finally hit rock bottom?
Police arrived on the scene to find Locklear and Heisser arguing, with visible marks on Heisser. While attempting to arrest Heather, the 56-year-old actress lost control and began kicking and swinging at the officers. Heather was handcuffed and taken to a nearby medical facility for evaluation after complaining she was injured during her argument.
Does Chris Heisser have a lot to do with Heather Locklear’s problems?
Hollywood Life claims a source on the scene allegedly told Daily News reporters that Locklear was very “wasted” They also revealed that Heather“practically bit the tip off of Heisser’s nose.” This all reportedly went down in front of Locklear’s daughter Ava. Ava is Heather’s daughter with former husband ex- Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora.
Jail time for Heather Locklear?
Following Heather Locklear‘s medical evaluation she was transported to the Ventura County Jail. She was booked on one felony count of domestic violence and three counts of battery on a police officer. Locklear paid a $20,000 bail on Monday, February 26th and was released. However, the story continues on from there. While in jail, just hours following her arrest, Heather Locklear’s boyfriend Chris Heisser was also arrested…On DUI charges.
Both parties were issued court dates, Locklear will appear before the judge on March 13th, and Heisser in April. Interesting facts about Heather and Chris. The two were former high school sweethearts, who recently reconnected. Heisser is also the one who took credit for Locklear checking into rehab for the sixth attempt to get clean last December. Heisser revealed that he and Heather’s family were very concerned about the actress’ health convincing her to try rehab again.

Locklear agreed to check into the facility outside of Los Angles. She revealed she was hoping to get herself on the right track for a positive and productive New Year. Fans were shocked viewing Locklear’s most recent mugshot where the actress. once a raving beauty appeared bloated, puffy and unrecognizable.
