Hilary Duff is in for a fight over the custody of her son. Duff’s estranged husband Mike Comrie has revealed he is not about to give up custody of the couple’s young son 3-year-old Luca with out a huge battle. Comrie has just responded to Hilary Duff’s divorce filing, with a few demands of his own, mainly he wants joint custody of the couple’s son Luca.

As previously reported, The former “Lizzie McGuire” star is opening up about her new outlook on life and love after splitting with her husband. Duff even dished on the whether or not she’s ever had a sex buddy. “I’ve enjoyed myself. I think everyone should have something where you know it’s not exactly what you’re looking for but you just have a wicked good time. That was freeing for me and a bit of an awakening. It’s fun to have a secret.”
Duff worries about Comrie’s party habits
Court docs reveal that the ex-hockey player claims he was joint custody of the couple’s son. Duff filed for divorce from Comrie asking for primary physical custody of Luca in her divorce petition, wanting Comrie to only receive visitation. Sources close to the former couple reveal that Hilary is very worried about Comrie’s parenting skills because of his hard partying ways.Duff reportedly filed for divorce one day after Comrie was reportedly at the Matro’s in Beverly Hills, extremely drunk and propositioning women.
Comrie and Duff have a prenup that clearly sorts out the former couple’s property and support issues, however all bets and niceties are off when it comes to the battle over Luca’s custody. Who do you believe will win this custody case, Hilary or Mike?
