Hilary Duff’s ex-husband, Mike Comrie, is being accused and investigated for raping a woman over the weekend. The former NHL star may be in some hot water after a woman he met at a bar reported him for rape.
According to TMZ, police reveal that the woman claims to have met up with Mike Comrie at a bar on Saturday night. The pair allegedly went back to his L.A. home where she says he raped her multiple times. The alleged victim says she quickly went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and a rape kit was administered.

Sources claim that Mike Comrie has known the alleged victim for a long time and that he admits to having sex with her, but that the intercourse was consensual. The insiders also claim that the sexual encounter was a 3-way, and that the other woman involved has not filed a complaint.
