House Of The Dragon Season 2 would be bringing back a very iconic location from Game Of Thrones. Based on the novel Fire and Blood by George R.R. Martine, HOTD takes place over a century before the events of GOT. Telling the story of the Targaryen Civil War also called the Dance of Dragons. Season one of the fantasy drama premiered last summer with very positive reviews and a strong viewership. Season two is currently in the works.

The Wall Returns?

As we all patiently wait for House Of The Dragon Season 2, a new set video seemingly revealed that The Wall will be seen in Season two. In a done flyover shot viewers can clearly see a snow-covered set being built that resembles the top of The Wall from Game Of Thrones. This may mean that HOTD Season 2 will take some detours from the main story.

House Of The Dragon hones in on one specific time in Targaryen history, one that does not include The Wall according to ScreenRant.com. However, there is a fairly obvious way The Wall could sneak its way into HOTD. Season One ends with Rhaenyra sending her two sons out to find allies. While Lukcerys is sent on a doomed mission to Storm’s End, Jacaerys is sent to talk to the Starks at Winterfell. Considering Winterfell’s proximity to The Wall, it is possible the boy might find his way there sometime in Season Two.

It is already confirmed by Fire and Blood that the Starks will play a role in the upcoming battle. The Starks pledge themselves to Rhaenyra when her father named her heir to the Iron Throne. The North remembers and the Starks are a very honorable family. The North seems to be coming to the aid of Rhaenyra and her family.

When Will Season Two Premier?

House Of The Dragon Season 2 is highly anticipated after Season One was such a huge hit. It was such a hit that HBO crashed the night that episode one premiered due to the amount of people trying to watch. For those who have read Fire and Blood, it will be very interesting to see how true to the book Season Two will be.
