Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed are married. The couple officially tied the knot on Sunday at Topanga Canyon. The bride and groom both wore white, and looked happier than ever on their wedding day.
Ian Somerhalder Married: ‘Vampire Diaries’ Star Weds Nikki Reed in Malibu
According to People Magazine, the “Twilight” star, 26, and her “Vampire Diaries” star groom, 36, wed in Malibu, California in front of close friends and family. The wedding came after the couple had been publicly dating for less than a year.
“What’s actually I think nurtured this long friendship that we’ve had is that we are passionate about similar things,” Reed told reporters in February.

Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed’s wedding was held outside on a beautiful day, and the pair were seen in photos looking lovingly at one another.
It’s not clear on whether Ian’s “Vampire Diaries” co-star and former girlfriend Nina Dobrev was in attendance at the wedding or not, but the actress, who recently left the popular CW show, seemed to support her former partner’s wedding decision with some kind words on social media.
“Positivity. Love. Happiness. That is what Im sending out into the Universe, may your day be filled with it…Namaste,” she wrote. Along with the message, she included a photo of another quote, which read, “Words have the power to both destroy and heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world.”
