Jenelle Evans has spoken out about the tragic events that have led up to her husband David Eason killing her dog. The “Teen Mom 2” star told US Weekly in an exclusive interview that at this time she and David are ‘not on talking terms.”
It has been a very emotional few days for Jenelle Evans, who has decided that she clearly needs some time to herself and away from David Eason to process all that has happened before, and after David shot and killed her dog Nugget. Evans is very emotional and heartbroken at this time and claims that “divorce is not off the table.”
“At this time, we are dealing with this rough situation. I want to focus on what’s best for me and my kids,” the Teen Mom 2 star, 27, tells Us Weekly exclusively. “[Divorce is] in thoughts, but nothing is finalized.”
As previously reported, David Eason took matters into his own hands on Monday night after the family pet, a French Bulldog named Nugget “snapped at the couple’s 2-year-old daughter at their North Carolina home.
A 911 call was made by an unnamed male reporting that Eason had shot and killed the small dog. Tuesday morning David shared a video and a message to his followers/haters stating his reasoning for killing the dog claiming he was “all about protecting his family,” and that “some people are worth killing for or dying for.”
The message was rather disturbing and Teen Mom fans began responding to Jenelle, who shared a post on her Instagram along with a picture of herself and Nugget.
Jenelle Evans poured out her sadness revealing she was “heartbroken,” and “distraught,” to say the least. Fans have been commenting that Jenelle needs to leave David once and for all and feel he is a potential danger to her and the kids, describing him as unstable.
“David killed my dog Nugget because he snapped at my 2-year-old, Ensley. He doesn’t put up with that and those are his beliefs,” the reality star tells Us. “He just took her and shot her in the woods … about two acres away from the house.”
“Kaiser and Ensley had no idea and [haven’t] said anything about it since,” she adds. “David and I are not on talking terms. I’m too hurt and upset at the fact he did that. It’s taking time to get over this whole situation, and it’s making me feel he’s very cruel and doesn’t have a heart on many ends.”
Jenelle Evans also asked everyone if they would just “give her time to figure out things and “clear her head.” At this time things between Jenelle and David are up in the air as far as their relationship, and marriage.
Over the past several months Jenelle Evans and David Eason have been sending out mixed messages across their social media pages, one day revealing they are happy, the next separated and single. Whether they stay together or end their marriage is up to them, but, one thing is for sure, the drama and chaos will continue on until they decide one way or another, and possibly after that.
