Jenelle Evans‘ husband, David Eason is not doing her any favors these days. The former MTV “Teen Mom” reality couple is in hot water with Child Protective Services. David has also been warned to stay clear of Jenelle’s teenage son, Jace Evans. However, despite the warnings, David arrived at the courthouse, causing his wife even more problems.
David Eason Ignores Official Warnings to Stay Away From Jace Evans
On Wednesday, Jenelle Evans was back in court to continue her fight to retain custody of her teenage son, Jace Evans. Things have been spiraling out of her control recently, and it doesn’t look like they will be setting down anytime soon.
New reports from The Ashley reveal their sources state that David Eason was booted from the courtroom on Wednesday. David was warned to stay away. But instead, after showing up to the custody hearing between his wife, Jenelle Evans, and her mother, Barabra Evans.
As previously reported, Jace Evans is currently in the custody of CPS. On Tuesday, the judge signed Jace over into the care of Barb Evans, at least while CPS continues with its ongoing investigation of Jenelle Evans and her husband, David Eason.
During this time, she is not permitted to attempt to make any form of contact with her 14-year-old son, Jace. However, if Jace should choose to do so, he can contact Jenelle. David Eason, who is Jace’s stepfather, is banned from any contact whatsoever with Jace.
David Eason Removed From Courtroom
During this critical custody hearing, Jenelle, her mother, Barbara, and Jace were all present during Wednesday’s hearing with CPS.
“The people at court were shocked when David walked in,” the courthouse source tells The Ashley. “The Easons are very well known around here, obviously, and [we] couldn’t believe it when he showed up, considering what’s going on right now.”
The witnesses say that David was immediately escorted from the courtroom. “David can’t be around Jace whatsoever, plus there is an open investigation on him right now for Jace [stating that David allegedly assaulted him last month],” the source said. “They removed him ASAP.”
It is hard to imagine that David left the courtroom easily. However, no reports of him getting out of control have been revealed. CPS is taking Jace’s accusations very seriously, and there is a lot on the line for David and Jenelle.
CPS Investigation Is Ongoing
The Ashley states that a second source states that the CPS investigation is “ramping up.” The courthouse source also claims that Jenelle Evans was informed of the judge’s ruling during Wednesday’s hearing.

They say she was informed that because she and David allegedly failed to cooperate with CPS/DSS officials initially. A ruling has been laid down that the authorities will interview Jenelle’s younger children, Kaiser and Ensley. But this time, without their parents being present.
“It was said in court that the first time CPS came, they didn’t let them in. The second time [they came], David thought they were trespassers and threatened to shoot them, and the third time, they came in, but she only allowed the kids to be interviewed while she was present,” the source said. “The kids will now be interviewed away from Jenelle.”
Jace Makes A Special Request
This is a very serious matter. The fact that Jace Evans has made it clear that he no longer wishes to reside with David and Jenelle speaks volumes. During Wednesday’s hearing, Jace made a special request.
The teen asked the judge if he could testify in a room separate from his mother. At this time, it is unknown whether the judge honored the teen’s request.
Jenelle & David Clean Up Their Social Presence Or Not?
As we previously reported, Jenelle Evans and David Eason appear to be making an effort to clean up their social media presence, at least when it comes to their children. The pair have made an effort to share photos revealing their positive moments as parents. And to help prove that everything is just how it should be in their relationships with their children.
So far, the pair have remained silent on the custody drama. However, today, the couple shared a few new photos, one revealing that David Eason has been alcohol-free for seven days. However, many of “Teen Mom” followers continue to scoff at the couple’s attempts to look like perfect parents. With many feeling it was desperate and shady.
