Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans and her husband, David Eason, made a huge mistake when they prevented Child Protective Services from interviewing her younger children. Now, the courts have ordered the former MTV couple to bring their younger children, Kaiser Griffith and Ensley Eason, to the CPS office for questioning.
Jenelle Evans & David Eason Fail to Cooperate
David Eason and Jenelle Evans’ troubles with Child Protective Services are far from over. In fact, their recent lack of cooperation in the agency’s ongoing investigation has made things even worse.
On October 10, Jenelle was informed by the courts that she is now ordered to comply and must bring her two younger children in for the agency to interview. These interviews will be conducted without Jenelle or David present.
Many “Teen Mom” followers believe that parents must be pretty nervous about this move. On three previous occasions, CPS agents showed up at David Eason and Jenelle Evans’ home to talk with the kids. Each time, the troubled parents prevented the agent from doing their job.
The Courts Step In
As The Ashley previously reported, “It was said in court that the first time CPS came, they didn’t let them in. The second time [they came], David thought they were trespassers and threatened to shoot them, and the third time, they came in, but she only allowed the kids to be interviewed while she was present,” the source said. “The kids will now be interviewed away from Jenelle.”
David Eason did not help during Wednesday’s custody hearing between Janelle and her mother, Barbara Evans. David was warned to steer completely clear of Jace Evans. This was a critical custody hearing. Jenelle, her mother, Barbara, and Jace were all present on Wednesday for the hearing with CPS when David also decided to make an appearance.

“The people at court were shocked when David walked in,” the courthouse source tells The Ashley. “The Easons are very well known around here, obviously, and [we] couldn’t believe it when he showed up, considering what’s going on right now.”
Witnesses say that David was immediately escorted from the courtroom. “David can’t be around Jace whatsoever, plus there is an open investigation on him right now for Jace [stating that David allegedly assaulted him last month],” the source said. “They removed him ASAP.”

New details are being released by The Sun revealing that Jenelle Evans’ sons have been facing some behavior issues at school recently. Sources with knowledge of the situation allegedly told the news publication that Jace hasn’t been in school since August.
A second source adds that Jenelle’s other son, Kaiser, 9, was recently suspended. “Kaiser was suspended from school for a week recently. He’s in third grade. It’s not normal at all. The kids are acting out, and it’s a total cry for help.”

The CPD/DSS is running an ongoing investigation on David Eason following Jenelle’s teenage son Jace Evans’s recent accusations. Earlier this month, Jace stated that Eason allegedly assaulted him during an argument. They are taking this matter very seriously.
