Jenelle Evans and David Eason are reportedly under fire once again for their poor parenting choices and this time it appears as if they have broken the law placing their children in potential danger according to Radar Online.
The “Teen Mom 2” star’s children’s safety is at a major risk. Jenelle Evans and family has been staying cool this summer enjoying the family pool. However, one thing that has not gone unnoticed is a major safety issue when it comes to the pool, Jenelle Evans and David Eason have failed to build a fence around the family’s pool area.
As previously reported, Jenelle Evans has been sharing a lot of summertime pool photos one in particular that sparked a lot of speculation from her social media followers that the 26-year-old mom of three may be pregnant and expecting her fourth child, and second with husband David Eason.
However, fans have also noticed that Jenelle and David’s pool poses a serious threat to their small children. Without safety a fence there is a high risk to her young children’s lives should they accidentally fall in unnoticed. This is also breaking the law in North Carolina according to RO who reports that a spokesperson from the NC Building Codes Department reveals that the state law requires all in ground or above ground pools, hot tubs and spas obtain a 48-inch high fence or barrier.

Last summer the same subject was brought up by one of Jenelle Evans’s social media followers questioning the safety issue. Jenelle responded by posting to get a pool permit approved in NC it is a must. She also added that she planned on putting in a pull lock like that is required at public pools.
Considering the “Teen Mom 2 star’s recent run-in concerning a custody and abuse allegation during the July 4th holiday weekend with ex-Nathan Griffith and his mom Doris Davidson over Kaiser it may be a good idea for Jenelle Evans and David Eason to get moving on that pool fence if they are looking to avoid more family drama, or a tragic accident.
