“Meditation is majorly important,” she admitted. “Moving my body, drinking water, and getting sleep—those are the basics,” Aniston continued, adding, “And obviously being mindful of what you put in your body.”

Aniston’s thoughts on working out may surprise you

When it comes to exercise, Jennifer Aniston says she’s not a stickler for grueling workouts and firm schedules. In fact, she tells Women’s Health that working out for 20 or 30 minutes can be highly effective.

“We think we have to work out for the solid hour and that can be a bit intimidating,” Aniston told the outlet. “You really can get an efficient workout with just a good 20 minutes if that’s all the time you have, even 10 minutes of doing something that gets your body moving. I just find comfort in that,” she admitted.

Jennifer Aniston went on to confess that she’s passed the days of doing heavy cardio that makes her knees ache, claiming it’s simply not efficient for her. These days she leans towards low impact workouts and wellness routines that bring her more peace. Whatever she’s doing is working, because her bikini body is amazing.
