However, the singer made it official on Tuesday by filing for divorce from the “Game of Thrones” star. Now, fans want to know why the couple called it quits after four years of marriage, and the reports point to Turner’s behavior being the reason for the divorce.
According to TMZ, Jonas decided to file for divorce from Turner after he saw something that upset him on the couple’s ring camera. It’s currently unclear what the JoBro may have seen, and fans are sure to have their own opinions about what may have happened between the couple. Whatever it was, sources tell the outlet that it was enough to send the “Cake By The Ocean” crooner over the edge. Whatever he saw allegedly swayed his decision to end his marriage.

An insider revealed that the actress liked to go out and party, while Jonas preferred to stay in. Their lifestyles weren’t meshing, and although they have two children, Jonas was said to be doing the brunt of the parenting. “She likes to party, he likes to stay at home. They have very different lifestyles,” the informant stated.
The day after Jonas filed for divorce, he and Turner shared a joint statement to Instagram. “After four wonderful years of marriage, we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage,” they said. “There are many speculative narratives as to why, but truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children,'” the statement concluded.

As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner began dating in 2016. They got engaged a year later. The duo shocked fans with a surprise Las Vegas wedding in 2019. In late summer, rumors began flying that the pair were on the rocks. They were both seen without their wedding rings and even sold their Miami mansion.
Later, it was revealed that Joe Jonas hired divorce lawyer Tom Sasser.. The attorney represented Tiger Woods during her divorce from Elin Nordegren. He also asked for joint custody of the couple’s two children. However, sources claim that he may ask for more than 50 percent physical custody of his and Sophie Turner’s daughters.
