Josh Duggar’s child molestation scandal has reportedly been forgiven and forgotten by Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar as well as all of his Duggar siblings according to Radar Online reports.
Three years ago Josh Duggar’s child molestation scandal rocked the Duggar family’s world. In 2015, Josh Duggar was shunned by his family after news headlines broke revealing that the eldest child of the very religious reality television family had molested five young girls, four of them his sisters.
Now, it as if none of those terrible things involving Josh Duggar’s child molestation scandal appear to be an issue within the Duggar family any longer. A Duggar family insider reportedly spoke with RO telling them that it’s “strange” being around Josh and his wife, Anna, both 30, at family holidays and events.
“Everyone treats him as if everything’s normal, and you wouldn’t know what he did based on people’s treatment of him,” the source said.
As if Josh Duggar’s child molestation scandal was not enough for the TLC reality family to weather through, he also admitted to having a sex addiction and to cheating on his wife Anna with multiple women.
The Duggar family informant claims that most people do not “even think about it” any longer. They also claim that Josh has resumed his claim and duties as eldest Duggar child, and behaves as if he has authority over all his younger siblings as well as Anna and their five children.
“He talks to everybody like Jim Bob. He disciplines his kids,” said the insider. It is just as if nothing has ever happened within the family.
Many Duggar news followers find this hard to believe that after the scandal and family trauma that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and family, and especially the sisters that were abused could forgive and forget so easily.
In fact, followers believe that the previously reported Duggar Family Rebellion that has been taking place within the family could have been a direct result of the trauma the family suffered. Previous reports have revealed that the Duggar children have all been stepping outside the family’s strict rules that have been laid down by their parents.
One major clue could be the very young ages that Duggar children are now courting and marrying at. There have even been a couple of reported shotgun weddings and suspicious baby due dates that indicate that the Duggar children have decided to toss the courting rules out the window for the most part.
