Jujutsu Kaisen 243
The chapter starts off with Takaba and Kenjaku on stage for their comedy duo routine. As they begin their performance they talk about how Kenjaku did not receive a lot of attention from their parents as a child. That forced them to become an attention seeker. Takaba starts to argue with Kenjaku about how he is too dark. They continue to talk about their pasts as they make jokes about grandparents. A lot of talking is to be expected like in the other chapters as in Chapter 241.
The two continue their comedy act as they have a lot of fun with their routine. Suddenly the vibe completely changes as Kenjaku asks Takaba what the issue is. Takaba replies by saying “It’s almost over isn’t it?”. He then tells Kenjaku that it was his dream to be on stage and that he doesn’t want this to end. Takaba begins to cry as Kenjaku actually consoles the Jujutsu Sorcerer.
We snap back into reality as Takaba is wearing an all-white robe as he thanks Kenjaku. The 1,000-year-old sorcerer looks down at his adversary and tells him that he is indeed funny. Much like how Ryomen Sukuna tells Gojo that he will never forget him.

The Return Of Yuta Okkotsu!
Just then out of nowhere, Kenjaku is sliced in the throat by none other than Yuta Okkotsu! Kenjaku tries to use Anti Gravity but Yuta is just one step quicker. Kenjaku’s head falls to the ground as he wonders why he did not sense Yuta’s immense cursed energy. He puts two and two together as he realizes that it was Takaba’s doing.
Kenjaku and Yuta exchanged words, as he asked the young sorcerer if this was his plan the whole time. Yuta confirms that this was a planned attack. Kanjkau does not seem worried as he tells Yuta that he will be inherited. It is important to note that the editor’s note states that Kenjaku is not yet dead!
As we move into next week there will not be a week-long break. Finally, after years of foreshadowing, Yuta vs Kenjaku is here! The fans were correct with their theories! That leaves the thought of what other things the fans could be right about. Maybe a Satoru Gojo return? Only time will tell as we all gear up for what is sure to be an iconic battle!
