Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is taking a small break between arcs. Season Two episode 6 will not be in its usual time slot as instead there will be a few recap episodes coming up. Given how the series has just returned this may be a little confusing. With that being said we do have release dates for the rest of Season Two as well as the recap episodes.

JJK Season 2 Break

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 episode 6 will be released on August 31st. It will start streaming on Crunchyroll from 10:00 AM Pacific/1:00 PM Eastern. That translates to 6:00 PM BTS in the UK.  Although that is several weeks away there will still be JJK content to watch as we wait. Although JJk will not air a new episode on Thursday, a recap episode will be released instead. August 10th and 17th will see the two recap episodes. Then the show will be on a one-week break.

A dub is currently out, but it is lagging two weeks behind the release of the new episodes. It should be caught up during this short break, thankfully. You can expect the English dub of the new episode to drop either on August 31st or early September. Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is expected to be 23 episodes long. With official news confirming the story will be told over two “consecutive cours.” According to GamersRadar.com

The first cour covered the manga’s Gojo’s Past chapters. This covered five episodes as part of the Hidden Inventory/Premature Death arcs. A Jujutsu Kaisen 0 recap will air on August 10th. With a Season One recap following it on the 17th. Then JJk will be on a one-week hiatus starting on August 24th.

Current Schedule

If the season runs uninterrupted, it would reach from July 2023 to December 2023. The current schedule looks like this. JJK Season 2 episodes one through five from July 6th to August 3rd. That was the end of the Gojo’s Psst/Hidden Inventory arc. Then we will be getting the JJk 0 recap episode on August 10th. Moving on, we get a JJk Season 1 recap on August 17th. Finally, we will get Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 episode 6 on August 31st. That will be the start of the Shibuya Incident arc.

Anime-only fans will need to buckle up for the rest of Season Two. things are about to get bumpy. Get ready for fast past fights, quick and meaningful deaths, and returning characters as we all wait for the rest of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2.
