Thanks to the latest chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen, we may have an idea of what is to come for Yuji Itadori. In Chapter 247 the battle between Sukuna and Jujutsu High is in full swing as we learn that the King Of Curses still has his Cursed Technique and is absolutely decimating the Jujutsu sorcerers. All look lost as they begin to fall one by one. Yuji still has his resolve as he goes in to finish off Sukuna. Hollywood News Daily is here to talk about a possible Itadori power-up! Jujutsu Sorcerers
JJK 247 shows us that Higuruma has taken heavy damage. Even after he had learned the Reversed Curse Technique on a whim, the newly awakened sorcerer who had gotten praise from Ryomen Sukuna himself had fallen. In his seemingly final moments, he looked Yuji dead in the eyes and trusted him with the executioner’s sword. The Chapter ends with Yuji Itadori saying that he is a Jujutsu Sorcerer as he goes to stab Sukuna in the back with the sword. According to Screenrant.com.
Now, obviously, this can not be the end of Sukuna. The King Of Curses going out by getting stabbed in the back? Not likely. Sukuan will find a way to dodge this attack. Or the sword will not work when anyone but Higuruma uses it. Even though the sword itself could be Yuji’s power-up it just does not seem likely. If Yuji is going to defeat Sukuna it needs to be with his own strength. His own Cursed Technique will be needed to defeat the King Of Curses.

What is Yuji’s Ability?
It is already hinted that Yuji will be able to swap souls with others. It is also theorized that he can use Blood Manipulation. Now with the soul-swapping technique, there are a few possibilities on how Yuji would use it. If the goal is still to save Megumi Fushiguro, Yuji will have to switch souls with Sukuna as to trap him back inside of Yuji’s body.
However, if Megumi is a lost cause, can Yuji retain the CT of a person that he has swapped with? For example, If he can switch with Sukuna will he finally be able to use cleave and dismantle like Satoru Gojo hinted at back in season one?
There are still so many possibilities for the outcome of this fight. They all point to Yuji Itadori finally getting his main character moment. Finally being able to be something other than a cog in the wheel of Jujutsu society. It will be very interesting to see what happens next as fans everywhere await the Chapter 248 Leaks for Jujutsu Kaisen.
