Sources reveal that the duo are allegedly on shaky ground amid the latest drama involving Britney Spears’ memoir, “The Woman in Me.” As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, Britney wrote of getting pregnant with Justin’s baby during their young relationship. She also admitted that Timberlake didn’t want to be a father at the time and she ultimately had an abortion.
Other revelations about Timberlake cheating in Spears’ book also painted him in a negative light. However, this isn’t the first time that the former *NSYNC frontman has sparked controversy, and it’s reportedly been hard on their marriage, per In Touch.
Justin Timberlake’s previous scandals revealed
In the past, Justin Timberlake has been rumored to have cheated on Jessica Biel with Olivia Munn before they were married. The pair allegedly split, but eventually got back together and got married two years later in 2012.
In 2019, Timberlake shocked fans when photos of him with his “Palmer” co-star Alisha Wainwright hit the internet. In the snaps, the two were seen getting cozy and touching. They were also caught on video holding hands.
The situation left the singer issuing a public apology to his wife and family. “It took Justin and Jessica a long time to get back on track and for her to trust him again, even with Justin’s groveling public apology,” a source revealed of the ordeal.
Jessica Biel is standing by her husband for now
Despite all of the drama that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have had to face in their relationship, the couple are sticking together. However, the actress, who shares two sons with the singer, is said to be very upset by all of the controversy.
“Jessica’s standing by Justin, but it must bother her to know he treated Britney so abominably in the past,” and insider dished. “Jessica always prided herself on her great marriage, but it’s taken a few hits in recent years,” says the insider. “It pains her that people think she’s married to a creep.”
Jessica wants Justin to focus on family
Meanwhile, Biel allegedly told Timberlake that he needs to shape up and pull his focus toward her and their children. “the issues are still there, and friends are hoping they can have the talk they so desperately need. If they don’t, their marriage may be in more trouble than it already is,” the source stated.
