Kate Gosselin has allegedly banned her son, Collin, from spending time with the rest of his siblings. Kate’s former husband, Jon Gosselin, revealed that heartbreaking details of their family drama during an interview on the First Class Fatherhood podcast.
On the show, Jon admitted that things are not good within their divided family at the moment. Jon currently has custody of his daughter Hannah and his son Collin. The 15-year-olds are two members of he and Kate’s sextuplets.

The other four continue to live with their mother. In addition, the couple’s oldest daughters, twins Maddy and Cara, are currently off at college. However, they lived with Kate prior to their high school graduation.
Jon says that Hannah has contact with her siblings, but that Collin currently has no relationship with his other brothers and sisters.
“There is no contact between Collin and his other siblings. There is contact between Hannah and the other siblings. So the problem right now is we have parent alienation and we have sibling alienation,” Jon stated.
The former reality TV star also opened up about his custody agreement with Kate. Jon says that their underage children, Hannah, Collin, Leah, Joel, Aaden, and Alexis are supposed to be free to come and go to whichever parent they want.

The father of eight also stated that he’s looking forward to the kids reaching adulthood so that the custody drama can come to an end. In addition, the kids’ upcoming 16th birthdays could also prove to be a big step in helping their sibling relationship as they’ll be able to drive to meet up with one another.
“They’re going to be 18 in two years, so it’s going to be quite difficult,” he said. “What I’m waiting for is my two kids who live with me, when they drive, they have every right to drive to their siblings’ school and pick the kids up and Kate can’t stop them. I’m hoping that will break down a lot of tension between the siblings.”
Hannah was the first Gosselin kid to move in with Jon. Later, Collin, who had been placed in a boarding school for children with special needs, was released from the facility by his father. Jon went to court in order to gain legal custody of Collin, and was awarded custody when Kate failed to show up to the hearing.
As for Kate Gosselin’s reality TV career with the kids, it seems that those days are over. Hollywood News Daily previously reported that the TLC network was forced to cancel Kate Plus 8 after she allowed the kids to film without obtaining the proper paperwork and permission from Jon Gosselin.
