Kelly Clarkson’s recent weight loss is the talk of the town. The Voice coach has revealed a jaw-dropping 40-pound weight loss revealing how she managed to lose the weight in a healthy matter according to National Enquirer.
Singer Kelly Clarkson reveals she has been busy getting back in shape not only the obvious health reasons but for a new talk show debut. Clarkson’s new talk show will begin airing this September, but, before then Kelly wants to set the record straight on just how she went about dropping all the weight.
Kelly wants it to be clear to fans that she has NOT taken “weird pills,” or followed any “weird fad diets” to drop the unwanted weight.
“I ain’t got time for all that. I eat the same stuff I always have. It’s all just made w/different flours/sugars/ingredients,” Kelly shared on her on social media outlets.
Clarkson, 37, recently underwent an emergency appendectomy and the mother of two small children added the hashtag #DrGundry to her posts as a reference to a popular eating plan healthy diet plan developed by Gundry,
Celebrity fitness instructor Charlene Ciardiello stated “Kelly’s lost 40 pounds using the Dr. Gundry diet, which is a plant-based diet. So it seems she is doing it the right way!”
Another source with knowledge inside of Kelly Clarkson’s weight loss reportedly insisted Kelly “hasn’t exercised one bit” since joining The Voice, and the super busy songbird likely isn’t slaving away in the kitchen to prepare her new calorie-conscious meals!
