Clarkson announced her pregnancy soon after her wedding to Blackstock, who is country music superstar Reba McEntire’s step-son.
Kelly Clarkson’s baby girl is named River Rose, and she came in to the world on June 12. Soon after the birth Kelly tweeted a sweet message to her fans.

“Thank you everyone for all of your well wishes! Brandon and I are on cloud 9!!” she wrote via Twitter on June 14.
Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock’s first year of marriage hasn’t been an easy one, however. The couple have been plagued by rumors that Brandon’s cheated on the singer multiple times, but have always kept their composure when faced with the gossip.
