Kevin Costner, 69, is reportedly looking to make some big life changes. Following his messy divorce from wife Christine Baumgartner, the former Yellowstone star is said to be entering a new chapter. Not only are his days of playing John Dutton behind him, but he’s looking for love again as well. This means that he’s trying to look his best, but plastic surgery rumors are running wild.
Radar Online reports that Kevin Costner was recently seen at an event reuniting with his former Bull Durham co-star, Susan Sarandon, 77. The pair smiled during their reunion, but some fans couldn’t help but notice that Costner’s face looked a bit different.
Is Kevin Costner Going Overboard With Plastic Surgery?
“Everyone was whispering about how frozen his face looked,” an insider revealed. “[The actor is] under a lot of pressure right now to look his best. He’s doing so many media appearances. Not to mention he’s on the prowl again and wants a much younger woman – so he’s been a lot more critical of his aging face.”
“He’s a bit sheepish about it,” the source continued. “So instead of getting advice on what to get done, word is he’s just gone to the surgeon and given the doctor carte blanche – and unfortunately, he’s come out looking very unnatural.”
Costner’s friends allegedly believe that whatever he’s doing is “kind of excessive.” Some have said to be “concerned” for the actor as well. “A few wrinkles were part of his appeal, so it’s kind of disturbing to see him turning himself into this shiny waxwork.”
For years, Kevin Costner has been considered one of the most talented and handsome men in Hollywood. The actor has showed his acting chops in romantic comedies, westerns, and more. However, his divorce may have left him feeling a bit down in the dumps and looking for a big change to his appearance.
