Will creepy killer dolls Annabelle and Chucky team up for a new horror film? Don Mancini, one of the creators of “Child’s Play,” says that he could totally see an on-screen collaboration between Chucky and Anabelle in the future.
Annabelle and Chucky to team up for new horror movie?
“I am hoping that at some future point we have Annabelle and Chucky team up. I can see that [even] in 20 years from now,” Don told USA Today, making horror films squirm.
Annabelle is just the latest killer doll in the horror genre, but Chucky has been the staple in making adults and kids screaming, and giving them nightmares upon watching his wicked ways on the big screen.
Could Annabelle be Chucky’s new love interest?
While there isn’t anything planned for Annabelle and Chucky just yet, Don did say that if they do team up, it isn’t likely that there would be a romance between the two killer dolls, as the “Bride of Chucky” wouldn’t like that much.
“The bride of Chucky is going to be very upset if Chucky starts to stray,” said Don. “If I were Annabelle, I’d be watching my back.”
