The reports allege that Kim Kardashian had two eggs fertilized in vitro and is waiting news from the doctor to make sure both are healthy before announcing their even bigger news. There are other sources that claim that Kim Kardashian is waiting to announce she is having twins until the Caitlyn Jenner news has calmed down a bit. One theory claims that Kim is so happy for Caitlyn that she doesn’t want to do anything that may over shadow her news. Evan though at this time it seems the other way around.

Next thing you know it is Caitlyn Jenner breaking the Internet.
Kim Kardashian has already revealed that this pregnancy is different because she is so very sick this time. Or is it different because the reality star is carrying two babies this go round?
