Kim’s father, Robert Kardashian, died from cancer in 2003, while Kanye’s mother, Donda West, died from complications after plastic surgery in 2007.
Both Kim and Kanye are said to be broken up by the fact that their parents won’t be at their wedding.
“Everything is going to be so perfect, filled with happiness, joy, and bliss and Kanye would have really wanted his mother there, front and center, to walk him down the aisle. Now, he has North for that,” the source revealed.

Meanwhile, Bruce Jenner would be the obvious choice to walk Kim Kardashian down the aisle, as he did it in her previous wedding to Kris Humphries, and has been a huge father figure to her for most of her life.
