The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star has lost all of her baby weight after giving birth to daughter North West last June, and is now focusing on more cosmetic procedures.
“She’s already gotten more Botox and fillers in preparation for the wedding. She’s obsessed with her face and loves looking like she’s permanently airbrushed. She been getting OptiLipo so her butt and thighs look their best,” an insider told In Touch of Kim Kardashian’s plastic surgery wedding preparation.
Kim still denies getting her nose done.
While Kim has been open about some plastic surgery procedures, she’s denied getting her nose done, which many fans believe she has done after comparing before and after photos.
