After the “KUWTK” season premiere on E!, a preview for the rest of the season aired and one of the scenes revealed Kourtney telling a very surprised Scott that she was pregnant again.
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have been together for 7 years, and have two children, Mason, 4, and Penelope, 23 months, together. “They don’t know the gender yet. They just want the baby to be healthy,” a source dished to Us Weekly of Kourtney’s pregnancy.

It seems that fans will get to see Kourtney Kardashian’s pregnancy play out not only on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” but also on “Kourtney and Khloe take the Hamptons,” with the sisters are currently filming now in New York.
So it seems that little North West will have another cousin to play with very soon. Meanwhile, other topics from the “KUWTK” premiere include Khloe Kardashian’s divorce, Kim Kardashian’s wedding, and Scott Disick mourning the death of his parents.
