Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick may share three children together. However, that doesn’t mean that the reality star hasn’t completely moved on from their former relationship. Kardashian and Disick’s relationship has greatly changed since she married Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. Kardashian even recently skipped out on some major family events that involved her ex-boyfriend. She also opted to ditch a huge event where he celebrated a big milestone in his life.
Kourtney Kardashian ditches Scott Disick’s 40th birthday party
According to OK! Magazine, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick aren’t as close as they used to be. When Disick celebrated his big milestone 40th birthday, Kardashian wasn’t in attendance. However, many members of her family showed up to support Disick. Kris Jenner and daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner were there. Khloe and Kim Kardashian also joined Disick to celebrate.
In addition, Kourtney also decided to miss out on Thanksgiving with her family members. Of course, Disick was there to celebrate the holiday with his adopted family members (via The US Sun). In Kardashian’s defense, only just gave birth to her and Barker’s first child together in early November.
As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, Kardashian has strict rules for family members visiting her new baby boy, Rocky Thirteen Barker. She allegedly has an invite-only policy. So she gets to choose who meets the new little bundle of joy, and protects his health by keeping people at bay.
Scott Disick reveals sadness over losing Kourtney Kardashian
Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian’s romantic relationship was a bit of a mess. The pair had a lot of drama over the years. However, they welcomed three children together, Mason, Penelope, and Reign. Following the end of their relationship, they worked hard to co-parent the kids together. However, after Kardashian began dating Travis Barker, things changed greatly.
Disick has opened up about losing Kardashian as a friend, revealing his sadness over the situation. “It was a huge adjustment losing Kourtney romantically, but now it’s becoming a huge adjustment losing her as a best friend,” he said during an episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians.”
“Now we’re really just more co-parenters. I’d say it’s probably one of the more difficult things in my life,” he added. However, things haven’t been all bad for Disick. “Now that Kourtney has her life with Travis, as hard as it is, it does give me a place to finally be able to move on.”
Scott’s still looking for love
Since splitting with Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick has had other relationships. He’s dated young models Sofia Richie and Amelia Gray Hamlin. However, he’s yet to find the one.
Fans are hoping that Disick can find his happy ending, and that the Kardashian family continues to treat him like family, despite Kourtney’s new outlook on their relationship.
