Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have welcomed their first child together. The couple reportedly added to their blended family this week when their son was born, per People.

Kardashian and Barker announced their pregnancy earlier this year. Kourt went public with the big news at a Blink 182 concert when she held up a sign that read “Travis I’m Pregnant” during the show. They later confirmed that they were expecting a baby boy with a punk rock gender reveal party.
Kourtney and Travis went on to hold a Disney-themed baby shower with their friends and family members. After months of speculation that the pair were planning to name their son Rocky Thirteen, Barker confirmed the news in late October.

During an interview with the “One Life One Chance” podcast with Toby Morse, Travis Barker admitted that he named his son with Kourtney Kardashian.
“Rocky Thirteen Barker,” Barker said. “Such a hard name, man,” Morse replied. “I was like he’s going to come out of…my wife doing front kicks and push-ups…” Barker joked. “That’s such a great name,” added Morse, who also asked when the baby was due. “Halloween,” Barker shared. “I know. It’s either Halloween or like, the first week of November,” Barker added.
Previously, Barker had revealed why he came up with that name. “Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies, and 13 is just the greatest number of all time,” he explained during an interview with Complex.
Kourtney had emergency fetal surgery in September
Just weeks before welcoming their newborn son, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker had a health scare with the pregnancy. The reality star was rushed into fetal surgery to save her child.
“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” she began her caption. “I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this,” Kardashian wrote via Instagram following the medical emergency.

With the new addition of Kourtney and Travis’ son, Rocky Thirteen Barker, the pair now have seven children between them. Kourtney came into the marriage with three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign. Kardashian shares the children with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
Meanwhile, Barker shares two children with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler. The pair are parents to Landon and Alabama. However, Travis also parents Shanna’s older daughter, Atiana De La Hoya. Now, baby makes seven for the big, blended brood.
