Is Kourtney Kardashian a grandmother? The reality star’s oldest child, Mason Disick, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, allegedly dropped a huge bombshell on social media this week. Rumors are running wild that Mason’s private Instagram account shared information and photos that the 15-year-old fathered a now one-year-old baby girl named Piper. Of course, fans are going wild trying to figure out if there is any truth to the rumors.
The Instagram posts were originally posted on a Kardashian subreddit. However, they have since been deleted. Since that time, fans have been trying to get any information possible about whether or not Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s teenage son may have fathered his own child.
Here’s what we know. A private Instagram account claiming to be Mason Disick shared some eyebrow-raising comments this week. It all started when he was doing a question-and-answer session with fans. Someone asked him if he had a child and he replied, “Yea I did.”

The account then went on to share that the little girl’s name was Piper and that the mother of the child was a classmate of Mason. The account also alleged that Mason had been forced into being a father to the little girl, whom he called “a failed protection.”
During the social media Q&A, the account also shared alleged text messages between Mason and his younger brother, Reign Disick. In addition, when someone asked him why he wasn’t happy with his privileged life, he revealed that he couldn’t buy good parents.
Mason was the first of the Kardashian grandchildren to be born. Kourtney and Scott welcomed their first child after years of dating. They went on to have two more children together, Penelope and Reign, before officially calling it quits. Kourtney is now married to Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. She and Barker welcomed their own child, son Rocky Thirteen Barker, in 2023.
While the rumors about Mason Disick’s possible child are running wild on the internet, the Kardashian family is staying quiet on the gossip. Mason has been known to share sneaky and controversial social media posts in the past. However, it’s unclear if this was a fake account, or the oldest Disick child speaking out.
“If that Mason Disick situation ain’t real it’s a very nasty thing to do… come on internet tell people a 15 yo boy had a baby,” one person tweeted about the situation.
“Wild,” another stated.
“Not true,” one fan commented.
So far, Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick, and even Kris Jenner are staying mum on the issue. However, if Mason Disick is a father, the truth will surely come out at same time.
