The late Young and the Restless star’s daughters Paris and Lola are being forced to challenge their recently deceased father’s estate after a probate filing made by their grandfather Christopher St. John filed a motion adding into the mix an alleged handwritten will according to The Blast.
Kristoff’s eldest daughter Paris claims she believes the handwritten will was never meant to be uncovered and has filed an objection to Christopher St. John’s motion to become the executor of his deceased son’s estate. Christopher recently filed a handwritten will which allegedly named the Young and the Restless star’s father as the executor and left all his money to his two daughters, Paris and Lola.
Paris claims that she believes the holographic will “was written inside a private diary and was not intended to be seen by third parties,” adding, “The document would never have been found if someone had not opened the decedent’s private journal.”
Kristoff St. John‘s daughters believe that their father would have rather had a neutral party be placed in charge of the estate. She also claims that their father had some financial obligations that were left to be cleared up and that she does not want Christopher in charge of handling.
She has not come out right and said the words, but clearly, Kristoff’s daughters feel that Grandpa is not to be trusted in handling things as their father would have intended them to be handled. She also claims that one of the pages from the handwritten will has been “removed.”
She believes it is the page that clearly and specifically states just how her late father wanted his property dispersed.
She argues that since the page was removed, a “suspicion” has been created as to the document’s validity and a valid reason for some mistrust.
As previously reported, Kristoff St. John died unexpectedly on February 5th. The soap actor was found in his home by the Los Angeles Police Department at the age of 52. Toxicology reports reveal that Kristoff died from heart disease related to alcoholism.
It is a sad time for Kristoff St. John’s family and we just hope all can be settled within the family very soon.
