Lily Rabe is returning to “American Horror Story” for “Freak Show.” After fans were upset believing that Rabe wasn’t going to appear in this season of “AHS,” it’s been revealed that not only will she make an appearance, but that she’ll return to the franchise as her “Asylum” character, Sister Mary Eunice.

Lily Rabe has appeared in every season of “American Horror Story,” and is currently starring in ABC’s midseason series “The Whisperers.” She’ll film her spot on “AHS” this weekend.
While the story line isn’t exactly clear, Entertainment Weekly reveals that Sister Mary Eunice could come to the freak show and take Pepper, which would explain how she got to Briarcliff in the “Asylum” season, which is set further in time than “Freak Show.”

It will definitely be interesting to see Lily Rabe back as Sister Mary Eunice on “American Horror Story: Freak Show,” and fans will love the little cross over between seasons, as “AHS” has become a pop culture phenomenon, and has fans looking forward to each and every creepy episode.
In addition to Lily Rabe’s confirmed appearance on “American Horror Story: Freak Show,” Hollywood News Daily previously reported that “How I Met Your Mother” star Neil Patrick Harris and his husband, David Burtka will guest star on the series towards the end of the season.
Look for Lily Rabe to pop up on “American Horror Story: Freak Show” in episode 10, which is reportedly the show’s big Winter cliffhanger.
