As previously reported, Lisa Marie and Lockwood’s divorce is now official. But, Lisa’s courtroom drama is far from over. While Lisa gears up to continue her custody fight with Lockwood, she will yet also soon be facing another sad and heartbreaking day in the upcoming weeks.
The arrival of the first anniversary of the death of Presley’s son Benjamin Keough. The approaching date has those closest to Presley concerned. Lisa continues to be entirely devastated by the loss of Benjamin. While Lisa remains adamant that she is sober, those close to her can’t help but worry.

Sadly on July 12, 2020, the Presley/Keough family was left shocked over the tragic death of Benjamin Keough. Lisa fell apart after receiving the news that Benjamin died tragically from a self-inflicted gunshot.
Lisa loves having her daughters Riley Keough, Harper, Finley, and mom Priscilla Presley for support. Lisa’s family is her biggest support system, However, even they cannot take away her pain. Those closest to Lisa fear that Ben’s death date may be more than Lisa can handle.
Not only would this be bad for Lisa’s health it could also negatively impact her custody case.
Benjamin Keough’s Death Leaves Hole In Lisa Marie Presley’s Heart
Lisa Marie Presley’s family continues to help Lisa Marie cope. According to Outsider.com, Lisa also has the full support of her ex-husband Danny Keough.
The report reveals that Danny Keough, Benjamin’s father, is currently living with his Lisa Marie and her twin daughters. Danny and Lisa were married for less than six years. In May of 1994, Presley filed for divorce.
Lisa has always spoken very highly of Danny. In 2003, The singer spoke with Rolling Stone stating, “He’s my absolute best friend in the world. The smartest thing I’ve ever done is have children with this man. I knew this is the one man I could be connected to for the rest of my life.”
Presley/Keough Family Continues To Mourn Loss Of Benjamin Keough
Now it seems like the tragedy of their son’s death is bringing them together again. A close family friend reveals, “They are now living at Lisa’s new house in Calabasas. The two have been grieving together. It’s been an extraordinarily difficult time. Danny is a rock for Lisa.”
