Lisa Marie Presley can breathe a little sigh of relief financially after getting the news that a California judge has finally ordered her ex-husband Michael Lockwood to fork over $140,000 to pay for her attorney’s fees.
It has been a very rough few years for Lisa Marie Presley financially. However, it appears as if things are starting to look up for Presley. On Monday, 16, according to Radar Online Lockwood’s lawyer Gary Fishbein received the final ruling.

“The court finds respondent had proper notice and opportunity to be heard,” Judge Joseph Lipner said in an affidavit, which detailed that Lockwood must pay Presley $129,000 for her attorney’s fees and $11,801 in additional costs.
The 51-year-old daughter of the late Elvis Presley has been in an ongoing brutal battle since filing for divorce from her fourth husband Michael Lockwood on June 24, 2016, after ten years of marriage.
As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, Lisa Marie has been going through a devastating time in her life. Lisa was forced to admit publicly that she broke, stating she had nothing left of her father’s inheritance money.

Presley was also forced to reveal some deeply painful and personal details about herself. Lisa admitted that she has been not only struggling financially but, also with addiction.
Lisa Marie revealed in court that she was “abusing cocaine terribly” in 2015 as well as being a heavy user of opioids painkillers, and alcohol. She also admitted she had been such a mess she couldn’t even remember how many times she had been to rehab, saying it was three, four or five times.
Presley’s family members and fans have all been very concerned about Lisa Marie Presley over the years. They are worried that Lisa, who not only very much resembles her father Elvis Presley has also inherited a lot of his addicted personality traits. They fear for Lisa believing that she could very well end up suffering the same tragic fate.
While Lisa Marie Presley continues with her struggles to move on with getting her life back on the right track. She still has a ways to go as far as ending her legal battles with Michael Lockwood. The former husband and wife are currently still engaged in a nasty custody battle over their 11-year-old twin daughters, Harper and Finely.
Hopefully, the upcoming New Year will find Lisa Marie Presley happiness and peace. As for Michael Lockwood, it appears as if he has moved on also, he now lives with his hairstylist fiancee.
