Mama June Shannon and boyfriend Geno Doak were spotted early Monday afternoon in Hampton, Georgia leaving a Mexican restaurant looking disheveled and out of sorts, according to TMZ.
Photographers snapped photos of Mama June Shannon and Geno walking in the parking lot. June, walking behind Geno, appeared to be having trouble keeping her eyes opened. She was wearing an over-sized blue tee and dark gray sweats.
Photos snapped of June reveal the former reality star reveal missing teeth and unkempt hair pulled into a ponytail. Geno looked none too happy while carrying out the lunch leftovers. The new photos have reportedly caused even more concern and worry for June’s family.
Things have reportedly been out of control for June and family since her March arrest for possession of crack cocaine. Following her arrest, the Shannon family set forth their best effort in staging a family intervention for the From Not To Hot star without much success.
Mama June Shannon’s daughters Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and Pumpkin are very concerned that June will continue her dark and dangerous downward spiral unless she gets help soon.
At this time Honey Boo Boo remains in the care of her older sister Pumpkin and refuses to return home with Mama June Shannon until she heads to rehab and proves she is clean and sober.
Sadly, it appears as if Mama June Shannon’s addiction still holds an evil grasp. The family fears that at this rate Mama June is seriously headed into a dangerous and potentially deadly bottom.
