Manson heads to FX. Marilyn Manson will be joining the cast of “Sons of Anarchy” in Season 7 on the hit FX drama.
FX made the announcement that the Goth rock star will be joining the cast in the role of Ron Tully. Tully’s character is described by the network as a“white supremacist prison shot-caller who Jax uses to expand his power base.” (Jax is played by Charlie Hunnam)
Marilyn Manson released a statement to his fans about his new acting roles saying,
”‘Sons’ has been such a big part of my life, as well as my father’s.
“So I was determined to make him proud by being involved in what will probably be remembered as the most amazing piece of television cinema. After all, the very heart of ‘SOA’ is about that relationship. So, now all I need is a motorcycle.”
Marilyn Manson in mourning
As previously reported, Marilyn Manson recently lost his beloved mother Barbara J. Warner who died last week at the age of 68 after battling dementia.
Mourning the loss of his mother during these hard and difficult times, this role on SOA may help take his mind off of his pain and loss.We are sure she would be very proud of her son’s success.
Look for Marilyn Manson in his new role when “Sons of Anarchy” will return for its seventh season, this fall on FX.
