Is The Masked Singer on tonight? Well, yes and no. The Season 4 finale won’t officially air until next Wednesday. Instead, the show has put together a sing-a-long episode that will feature some of the best performances by all of the contestants for this week’s show.
We know, it’s a bit disappointing to hear that we all have to wait another week to find out the identities of the final three contestants, Mushroom, Sun, and Crocodile. But, you and the family can still have some fun reliving the performances and doing your own karaoke version of the songs right from your living room.

As for the Season 4 finale, it will air Wednesday, December 16 at it’s regular time of 8 p.m. on Fox. The finale will feature the finale three battling it out to become the next winner of the golden mask trophy.
The finale three singers include Mushroom, The Sun, and Crocodile. All three have been heavy hitters this season, and they’ve garnered an array of interesting guesses as to their identities. Here’s our final guesses for who we believe may be under the elaborate costumes.

The Mushroom: There have been so many guesses about who this masked person could be. There has even been debate about whether or not they’re a man or a woman.
Mushroom boasts a strong voice and can reach high notes like no other. The guesses have been all over the place, but we believe that actor Johnathan Groff may be under the mask.
In case you don’t know who Groff is he has an amazing voice, which he’s lent to the role of Christoph in Disney’s Frozen movies. He’s also appeared on the television show Glee, and is actress Lea Michele’s best friend. In addition, he also played the King in the Broadway smash Hamilton.
The Sun: She has one of the best voices that The Masked Singer has seen yet. She has a soulful tone and has chosen some very interesting songs to showcase her vocals. However, last week’s performance of Billie Eilish’s “When The Party’s Over” solidified her spot in the finals while bringing the judges panel to tears. We believe that The Sun is LeAnn Rimes.
The Crocodile: He’s been believed to be Backstreet Boys member, Nick Carter, from week one. Fans pegged the croc as Carter, who has a distinctive voice. His identity also matches with many of the clues from Crocodile’s packages.
