Mick Jagger Hits Tour Road With Team Of Heart Doctors & Defibrillator

Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger has hit the road and set off on the band’s extensive concert tour just weeks after the 75-year-old rocker was forced to postpone shows after undergoing a major medical procedure.

According to Radar Online Mick Jagger has been given the green light by his doctors under a couple of conditions. First off the singer is traveling with a team of hearts doctors on standby along with his own personal defibrillator in case of an emergency.

Jagger and The Stones are not willing to take any chances when it comes to Mick’s health.

“They have three doctors on eight-hour rotations,” an insider revealed. “Mick wears a monitor while performing and keeps a defibrillator nearby, wherever he is.”

“They have emergency routes planned from every hotel and venue to the closest hospitals,” added the source. Mick Jagger appears to be in the best of hands when it comes to medical care despite the current health plan that has been put in place just as an extra precautionary measure.

The last time the Stones were forced to cancel a show was back in 2014 following the tragic and shocking death of frontman Mick Jagger’s longtime girlfriend L’Wren Scott. The band postponed seven tour dates in Australia and New Zealand after Scott was found dead in her NYC apartment from an apparent suicide.

Mick Jagger seems unworried by his recent medical procedure and wants to assure fans that he is still in great shape and plans to keep on going with the high-energy and lengthy performances that fans are used to seeing from Mick and The Stones over the years.

We continue to wish Mick Jagger all the best and hope he continues on with his successful recovery throughout the rest of the bands grueling tour schedule this year.
