Miley Cyrus sparked a lot of controversy (What else is new?) this week when she went on a rant about her ex-boyfriend during a performance.
Miley Cyrus tweets about Liam Hemsworth
Miley claimed the rant was not about her ex-fiance, Liam Hemsworth, who is the only man she’s been linked in a serious relationship to. However, the reports just wouldn’t stop.
So, Miley Cyrus decided to use the power of Twitter to clear up any misconceptions. “Just FYI what I said the other night at G.A.Y had nothing to do with Liam. I was just tryin to rile up the boys,” the “Wrecking Ball” singer insisted.
Miley still cares about Liam
In a later tweet, Miley revealed that she still cares about Liam, and that she would never say talk badly about him. “I never want hateful things being said about those I care about…I was just tooooo turnttttt up,” Cyrus posted via Twitter.
While Miley and Liam seemingly had a very rocky split, it seems the singer still cares very deeply for the “Hunger Games” star, and hopefully she’ll think ahead before calling out any exes on stage!
