Morgan Freeman has expressed his personal support for the legalization of marijuana for medicinal use. Freeman, a chronic pain sufferer claims that he would smoke, eat or snort marijuana it did not matter as long as he was getting relief from his pain.

Morgan Freeman, who has revealed he is an avid user of marijuana stated in a recent interview that he felt that there was no reason that pot should be illegal anymore.Freeman claims that since his 2008 car accident that left his left shoulder and arm shattered he is a firm believer in the power of pot as a pain reliever.

Morgan states that he lives in constant pain and unbearable pain from the injury and fibromyalgia and that smoking marijuana is one of the only ways he relieves the pain. Morgan Freeman said, before adding “My first wife got me into it many years ago. How do I take it? However it comes! I’ll eat it, drink it, smoke it, snort it!”
These days more and more celebrities are using their popularity to voice out their opinions on legalizing marijuana including Tommy Chong, Miley Cyrus and Willie Nelson who recently revealed he would be manufacturing his own brand of Willies Weed that he would be selling in Colorado and Washington, two states where recreational use of marijuana is legal.
