Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder have been rumored to be at each other’s throats on “The Vampire Diaries” set this season, and a big reason is allegedly because of Ian’s girlfriend, Nikki Reed.

As many “The Vampire Diaries” fans know, Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder dated for 2 years while filming the hit CW show, and when they split it was friendly. That is until Ian began dating former “Twilight” actress Nikki Reed.
Nikki reportedly moved in with Ian in Georgia where the “Vampire Diaries” cast lives and works, and has been causing a lot of trouble on set, which has led to a lot of rumors that Nina Dobreve and/or Ian Somerhalder may be quitting the show after season 6.

However, new reports claim that Nina and Ian may have come to an understanding and worked something out on “The Vampire Diaries” set that will allow them to continue working together past season 6, Celeb Dirty Laundry reports. (Thank goodness!)
Fans have been worried sick that season 6 could be the last of the hit show, and that it would end much too soon because Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder couldn’t get along enough to work together.
We’re hoping that the pair have come to some sort of a truce, and that Nikki Reed can also be respectful enough to honor it, as it’s not only Nina and Ian’s jobs on the line, but the rest of the cast as well.
