Fans get out of control at 1D show in Peru

One Direction members were forced to stop the show in Lima, Peru on Sunday, April 27 when 47 fans were in dire need of medical attention.

Soon after the show started One Direction members brought the show to a halt after fans in the crowd were crushed by a swarm of over zealous creaming female fans attempting to get as close to the group members as possible.

Reports reveal that Niall Horan had warned the crowd that the guys would be forced to stop entertaining if the fans continued to push closer.

“”If you don’t want anyone to take us off the stage, make sure you stay back,” he told the audience.

Mario Cassareto stated to the media,”We treated 47 children with the first stages of asphyxia. Everything is under control.”

The 1D concert stop in Peru was the guys second date on their world tour with more than 40,000 1D fans arriving at Estadio Nacional stadium to see their boyband idols One Direction.

The popular boyband’s spokesman stated, “Every venue is different. There is always an individual crowd control and security strategy for every One Direction concert. Audience safety is always the number one priority on a One Direction tour.”

The teen pop idols, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Liam Payne will continue on with their world tour this evening in Santiago, Chili.

As recently reported, group members debunked the huge rumors that they were on the verge of breaking up, saying The “Story of My Life” singers debunked rumors that the group was splitting, and confirmed more music is on the way, and fans couldn’t be happier.

“We always hear rumors about us splitting – but we’re not. We’ve already started recording our fourth album,” Harry Styles confirmed.

One Direction is currently embarking on Leg One of the new tour in South America which wraps up on Sunday, May 11.

The second leg will find the guys in Europe beginning on May 23.
