Pattie LaBelle is scheduled to appear in four episodes of the upcoming season, and will play the mother of Gabourey Sidibe’s character.
Pattie’s character and Twisty the clown killer
Pattie’s character won’t just be some filler role. In fact, LaBelle will be essential to the plot, playing a townsperson who begins to unravel the mystery of Twisty, the clown killer.
While Pattie LaBelle fans may be hoping that the singer will show off her vocals on the show, but unfortunately, E! Online confirms that she won’t be showcasing her legendary voice for “American Horror Story: Freak Show” this season.
