A Pennsylvania man named Dylan Bish has been arrested after allegedly sending violent and threatening notes to his neighbor. The 19-year-old is being treated as a “potential serial killer” by police after having claimed to kill at least 20 women. The notes were very disturbing and detailed the way in which Bish claimed to be planning to kill his neighbor, which included threats of using a chainsaw and performing cannibalism.
Police revealed that Dylan Bish sent his female Pennsylvania neighbor handwritten notes that described that he wanted to “dismember” her body, calling her his “next victim.” After his arrest, Bish reportedly confessed to being obsessed with the woman he sent the notes to and didn’t intend to stop the threats until she was “dead,” per Law and Crime. He also allegedly claimed he wanted to carry out the crime this summer in the woods.
The troubled Pennsylvania teen also said that he had been studying criminal justice and forensics so that he could carry out his crime without getting caught. Bish first started leaving notes for his neighbor in November 2024. He was said to mention the neighbor by name and included his phone number so that she could contact him.

“I’ve been watching you from my POV [in] front of your apartment [your] room is filled with CDs,” one note read.
After his arrest, Bish later said he never hurt anyone, despite his claims of killing 20 women. Instead, he revealed that he was just “lonely and hoping for a relationship of friendship” with his female neighbor.
Many had opinions on Dylan Bish’s actions and didn’t hesitate to share their thoughts.
“Better keep an eye on him, something tells me, he WILL follow through,” one person stated.
“This boy needs some serious guidance. This is beyond the usual incel thing, though it does not seem from the surface that he is truly dangerous,” another comment read.
“That’s a novel dating technique for this modern age,” a third person wrote.
“This is a kid who is emotionally stunted,” a fourth commenter said.
Dylan Bish was arrested and booked into Beaver County Jail. He’s being held on $1 million bond and is scheduled to appear in a Pennsylvania court on March 28 for a preliminary hearing.
