Details of shocking abuse claims continue to shock Lisa Marie Presley fans.
Lisa Marie Presley’s family abuse claims continue to mount in shocking family drama. Lisa Marie Presley,the only child of the late King of Rock and Roll Elvis Presley continues to make celebrity news headlines after her twin daughters, Harper and Finley were taken into protective custody upon claims that Lisa Marie’s estranged husband Michael Lockwood, 55, is under investigation for alleged child abuse claims.
The Beverly Hills Police Department issued an official statement according to Us reports on the Presley family abuse case. Sergeant Max Subin Of the BHPD reveals they “was notified of alleged child abuse involving the Presley family” in June 2016. “It was quickly determined the allegations stemmed from activity originating in the state of Tennessee,” the statement continues. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations (TBI) was notified and immediately responded to California to initiate their own investigation.”
Subin also stated, at the time the BHPD was only working on the case due to the fact that the Presley family was visiting the city at the time the allegations were originally made. As previously reported at Blasting News earlier this week Lisa Marie Presley‘s twin, 8-year-old daughters were placed in protective custody. The decision was made after Lisa, 49, claimed in court documents pertaining to her divorce that she had found “disturbing” photos of he twin daughters on a personal computer belonging to her estranged husband Michael Lockwood.
Police continue to comb through evidence in Presley family abuse claim.
At this time the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations is currently investigating the claims against the 55-year-old father. Lockwood, however, is not taking the accusations lightly and has fired back at Presley revealing that he has dirt on her also. Jeff Struman, Lockwood’s lawyer denies claims in a statement to Us Weekly, calling the singer’s filing “very unfortunate and inappropriate.” Sturman also said about Lisa Marie that she was making matters worse because she had failed to disclose a lot of personal information and some of the things she failed to disclose are directly related to her claims against Lockwood. He also adds that Lockwood is choosing at this time not to publicly disclose information he has on Presley.
One important question weighing on fan’s minds continues to be asked, why doesn’t Lisa Marie, or at least a grandparent or adult sibling have custody of the girls at this time? Lisa has two adult children from a previous marriage, Riley and Benjamin Keough, one would think they would step in and take the girls to keep them from being placed in protective custody. This has some to believing there is much, much more to this shocking story leading some to also believe that there is a chance that Lisa Marie Presley may not be quite as innocent as she wants us to believe.
