Redmond O’Neal, Son Of Farrah Fawcett And Ryan O’Neal Diagnosed With Schizophrenia

Redmond O’Neal the troubled son of the late Farrah Fawcett and actor Ryan O’Neal has officially been diagnosed as schizophrenia according to Radar Online reports.

Redmond O’Neal not only is schizophrenic he has also reportedly suffers from bipolar disorder and drug abuse disorders from meth, heroin, cocaine, and alcohol. O’Neal’s mental health and drug issues date back nearly two decades. He blames his uncontrollable behavior on 16-year heroin addiction.

New court documents obtained by Radar reveals that Redmond was diagnosed with multiple chronic mental health problems by a court-appointed psychiatrist. However, Redmond will still appear in a Los Angeles court to face felony criminal charges which include attempted murder at which time the judge will then determine if O’Neal is competent enough to face trial.

Redmond O’Neal could be imprisoned for 20-years following a 2018 crime spree where he allegedly used a knife to rob a store, and then allegedly used the knife to stab one man in the head, He also later used allegedly used a broken bottle to attack another man. He has been charged with attempted murder, second-degree robbery, possession of methamphetamine, exhibiting a deadly weapon and other charges.

Sadly, all of Redmond O’Neal’s troubles really begin to surface following the death of his famous mother Farrah Fawcett. He has also carried on a very volatile relationship with his father Ryan, and half-sister Tatum O’Neal. The O’Neal clan, unfortunately, are well known for their dysfunctional family battles.
