Theresa Giudice’s husband was sentenced on Oct. 2 for multiple charges such as many variations of fraud. Theresa was in court for sentencing as well.
Joe Giudice was also sentenced to pay $414,588 in restitution fees to Wells Fargo, plus another $10K to the government.
Before the judge threw the book at Joe Giudice, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star stood up in court and read a letter he had written.

“I stand here humiliated before the court and my family and society. I disgraced many people, including my wife and four daughters. I take full responsibility for my actions. I promise to be a better person,” the “RHONJ” star said.
