Actor Rick Moranis was attacked during an early morning walk on the streets of New York City. According to Entertainment Weekly, he was also injured in the attack, which appeared to be totally random.

The NYPD has since released a video of the unidentified assailant as he came up and punched Moranis, who was walking down the street near Central Park West. Following the attack, the Honey, I Shrunk The Kids star taken to the hospital with pain in his head, back, and hip pain before he reported the attack to the police.
The news of Moranis’ attack quickly spread, and had fans speaking out about the crime. Captain America star, Chris Evans, even took to his Twitter account to share his anger over the situation.
“My blood is boiling. Find this man. You don’t touch Rick Moranis,” he wrote.
