Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s war is heating up, and now Chyna wants to keep Rob away from her. She has even hired a high powered attorney, Lisa Bloom, in her case against the father of her child. Bloom took to Twitter to reveal that she is now representing Blac Chyna in her case against Rob, and that she’ll be pushing for a restraining order when they go to court on Monday, July 10. Bloom also promises that the order will only be the first step in the case, and that there is more to come.
Lisa Bloom says that she believes what Rob Kardashian did to Blac Chyna is a women’s issues, and is another of example of a man humiliating and slut-shaming a woman after a break up by posting inappropriate photos of them, such as naked snapshots.
Lisa Bloom also claims that Rob Kardashian is a cyberbully who not only posted personal photos of Blac Chyna online, but also medical information during his rant against his ex-fiance. The lawyer claims that she wants to send a clear message to Rob and other cyberbullies, saying ‘Rob needs to back off.”
Lisa Bloom was most recently in the news for representing comedian Kathy Griffin after she posted a photograph of a bloody head that resembled President Donald Trump. Kathy hired the lawyer to help her repair the damage that was done by the release of the photo, which included losing endorsements and jobs, and being investigated by the Secret Service.
Blac Chyna decided to hire Lisa Bloom and take legal action against Rob Kardashian after he took to Instagram and Twitter on July 5 and posted nude photos of Chyna as well as accusing her of cheating on him and having plastic surgery. The former couple share one daughter together, Dream.
Rob Kardashian and the Kardashian family have yet to comment on the situation.
